摘 要:研究了基于多体系统理论建立工件检测模型的方法。工件检测模型以检测特征为基本元素,采用多特征低序体描述形式,完整有效地表达了检测形面的几何信息和形面间拓扑信息。实现检测路径自动生成,解决了工件检测工艺规划的关键问题,为检测工艺自动规划奠定了基础。实际应用表明:工件检测模型广泛适用于简单二维形面及复杂三维曲面工件的检测规划;基于模型的检测路径规划不但提高了检测的规范性,而且显著提高了检测的效率。A method of establishing inspection model for workpiece based on multi-body theory was studied. Inspection model for workpiece takes inspection features as basic element, adopts description form of multi-feature low preface body, and expresses whole and effective geometrical information of inspection shape and topology information of shapes, which realizes the automatic planning of inspection path, solves key problem of inspection process planning and establishes foundation for automatic planning of inspection process. The application result shows that inspection model for workpiece is suitable for inspection planning of 2D simple shape and 3D complex surface workpiece. Inspection path planning based on model can improve the criterion of inspection and the efficiency of inspection.
