摘  要:根据混凝土泵搅拌系统工作原理,建立了混凝土泵摆动系统AMESim仿真模型,并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:当搅拌负载连续加载而换向阀换向时,马达的输出转矩和液压泵的出口压力有较大冲击;换向之后,马达的输出转矩和液压泵的出口压力随着负载的线性增加呈线性增加;当搅拌负载不变而换向阀换向时,马达的输出转矩和液压泵的出口压力有较大冲击。According to the operating principle of concrete pump agitating system, the simulation model of concrete pump agita- ting system was established by using AMESim, and the simulation was carried out. The simulation result indicates that the shock of torque of agitating motor and pressure of hydraulic pump is great when the direction of the change valve is changed if the agitating load is added contlnuely, and the torque of the agitating motor and the pressure of the hydraulic pump increase in linearlty with the linear increasing of the agitating load after the direction of the change valve is changed. When the agitating load keeps constant, the shock of torque of agitating motor and pressure of hydraulic pump is great when the direction of the chanze valve is chanzed.
