摘　　要：通过对皮带罩零件的冲压工艺进行了分析,确定了合理的工艺方案。介绍了拉深模的设计,分析了拉深时零件顶部圆角产生拉裂的原因。提出了解决零件拉裂的措施。通过热处理提高了模具的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。By analyzing the punching process of strap cover, a rational process scheme for this part was designed. The reason for top filleting fracture was analyzed, measures to solve this problem were put forward and the drawing die structure was determined. Through adopting heat treatment process, the die life was improved, and the production cost was reduced.
