摘　　要：通过对折叠式手机上翻盖壳体的工艺分析,介绍了该壳体的整体模具结构和设计要点,分析了模具浇注系统的设计方法,给出了该类模具排气系统和斜顶机构的典型设计方案,实现了塑件产品的顺利顶出,解决了产品注塑过程中引起的困气和斜顶断裂的问题。By analyzing the process of flip front of cell phone, the entire mold structure and key points in designing of this product were introduced, and also the design methods of the injection system was studied. The typical design scheme for vent system and angle liftout mechanism of this kind of mold was provided. Product could be ejected easily by adopting the angle liftout mechanism. The problems in injection process such as air jam and angle liftout fracture were resolved.
