摘　　要：北京地面站卫星遥感信息管理系统所汇集的信息是在2002年我国海洋卫星(HY-1A)发射后,北京地面站建站以来所接收的所有卫星资料的信息。随着后续海洋卫星的发射,该系统的信息量将不断的增加。本文是一个独立开发、研制的北京地面站信息管理系统。它是在WINDOWS平台下利用ACCESS关系数据库开发完成的。该系统除了完整的记录了我国第一颗海洋卫星发射以来的所有信息资料外,还包括EOS-MODIS(TERRA、AQUA)、NOAA(12、14、15、16、17、18)、FY-1等卫星资料信息。海洋科技工作者及管理人员通过该系统可获得任意时间段北京地面接收站接收卫星下行数据的接收状况、任何时间段卫星接收轨数的统计等信息,提供了与现行各种接收状况分析对比的第一手资料。方便、快捷的查询功能可随时向用户提供所需信息。为海洋预报、海洋监测、渔场快速报及后续海洋星提供了方便快捷的查询服务。Beijing satellite ground station satellite remote sensing data information management system is compileed that is being living our country Seasats in 2002（HY-lA）Launch queen, Beijing satellite ground station has construct since the stop all satellites of the receiving information management systems. Science and technology worker in seas and oceans reaches to administer personnel staff systematically to obtain the receiving state that the arbitray time quantum, Beijing satellite ground station accepting was received the down data of satellite by means of that whatever time quantum satellite is received that the track figure statistics waits message, Suppling analyses the firsthand datum of comparison against the currently in effect different receiving states. It is convenient that the prompt inquiry meritorous service capacity may supply the message requireing to consumer at all times.
