摘　　要：目的：探讨胆-心综合征围手术期的处理方法与效果。方法：对142例胆道疾病伴发胆-心综合征患者的围手术期处理措施及其效果进行分析。结果：非手术治疗12例，临床症状消失，复查心电图恢复正常；急诊手术32例，术前、术中给予扩血管治疗，术中给予胆囊三角封闭，治愈31例，死亡1例；经过充分术前准备，98例进行择期手术治疗，术中胆囊三角封闭，术程顺利，术后未出现心血管方面的并发症。结论：胆道系统疾患易伴发胆-心综合征，应引起临床高度重视；围手术期心血管方面的正确处理，术中行胆囊三角区封闭，可减少并发症的发生。Objective： To explore the method and effect of Chole - heart syndrome during peri - operative term. Methods： 142 patients with bili- ary tract diseases complicated Chole- heart syndrome were performed surgical and medicine treatment, their peri -operative clinical data were re- viewed and analyzed. Results：In all cases, 12 cases were treated medicine methods,their clinical symptoms and EKG were recovered ;32 cases were performed emergency operation successfully, 1 cases was dead ;98 cases were prepared adequately before operation, no complications about vascular happened during peri - operative term. Conclusion：Biliary tract diseases complicated chole - heart syndrome is common and should be to pay attention by clinical doctors;the effective handling of heart and anaesthetic close of gallbladder triangle during operation can reduce complications.
