摘　　要：目的：探讨胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及护理方法。方法：将52例2型糖尿病患者分为2组，一组应用胰岛素泵治疗（CSII），另一组常规皮下注射胰岛素（MSII）。两组均给予综合护理措施。结果：两组相比，CSII组血糖达到目标血糖时间缩短，低血糖发生率明显减少。结论：CSII组与MSII组相比，应用胰岛素泵，能更好控制血糖，良好的护理是糖尿病患者安全使用胰岛素泵的重要保证。Objectlve：To investigate the effects of insulin pump therapy and nursing methods in patients with type 2 diabetes, netheds：52 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups, insulin pump therapy （ CSII ） group and conventional subcutaneous insulin （MSII） group. Patients in two groups were given comprehensive care. Results-Compare to MSII, pantients in CSII had short time to get the target blood glucose, the incidence of 10w blood glucose decreased significantly. Conclusion：Insulin pump can control blood glucose preferably Favourable nursing is important guarantee for diabetic patients to use insulin pump safely.
