摘　　要：目的：探讨颅脑损伤患者躁动期间病情观察及护理要点。方法：通过对362例颅脑损伤患者躁动原因分析，及时给予相应有效的护理干预措施。结果：171例手术和186例非手术痊愈出院；另有5例合并其他脏器复合伤、脑干损伤，伤势严重死亡。结论：及时分析颅脑外伤患者躁动原因，正确处理，尽早实施有效的护理干预措施，能有效降低瑶亡率，提高救治水平，获得良好治疗转归。Objective：Discussion head injury patient moving restlessly period condition observation and nursing main point. Methods：Through moves restlessly the reason analysis to 362 example head injury patient, gives the corresponding effective nursing intervention measure promptly. Resuits：171 example surgeries and 186 example non- surgeries are discharged; Eliminates 5 examples to merge the other internal organs compound wound,the brain stem damage,the injury dies seriously. Conclusion：Analyze the skull flesh wound patient moving restlessly period reason promptly, correct processing, implements the effective nursing intervention measure as soon as possible, can cut the mortality rate effectively, raises the treatment level, obtains the good treatment extension to turn over.
