摘  要:国内首台300MW供热机组投产初期发生高压调速汽门泄漏问题,阀芯回座后汽轮机无法降至安全转速,存在重大隐患。运用有限元分析等手段,从应力、位移、卡涩、提升力等多方面对改进方案进行论证分析,减小了阀芯外径和导向套筒内径,成功解决了这一机组高压调门严密性问题。In early operational periods of the first domestic 300MW heat supply unit, leakage problems were encountered by its high-pressure control valve, under which condition, the turbine speed could not be reduced to safety set point after the valve core had returned to its seat, i.e. great hidden dangers existed. Using finite element approaches, based on analysis of relevant stresses, displacements, core jamming possibilities and lift forces etc. , the problems are successfully resolved by reducing the outer diameter of valve core and the inner diameter of guide tube.
