摘　　要：首先对无线侧系统接通率原理进行了介绍,接着对各个阶段影响系统接通率的因素进行了较为详细的分析,并结合北电设备进行了案例阐述,提供了一般性的解决思路。It introduces the principles of the successful rate of calling access of radio system firstly, and analyzes the factors that will affect it in every phase in detail, moreover, expatiates on many examples in base on the Nortel equipments, and gives a common method finally.
