摘　　要：农民合作经济组织是一种介于社会化大生产和农民个体小生产之间的全新的生产方式,它的出现弥补了农业生产的弱质性,增强了农户在市场中的地位,提高了农民收入并且改善了农村的生产、生活环境,是推进新农村建设、解决"三农"问题的一个重要途径。Cooperative economic organization speaks for the way of production differing from either socialized or individualized way of production among farmers. Moreover, the writers claim that the organization makes up for the vulnerability of the agriculture, helps farmers to increase incomes, and improves their environment. It is concluded, therefore, that the organization is the best solution to the problems faced by farmers.
