摘　　要：目的观察口服孟鲁司特佐治毛细支气管炎并急性心力衰竭的效果。方法将87例毛细支气管炎并急性心力衰竭病儿随机分为两组,对照组41例给予综合治疗,治疗组46例加用孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95.7%和80.5%,差异有显著性(χ2=9.093,P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特佐治毛细支气管炎并急性心力衰竭具有协同作用,可缩短病程,提高治愈率。Objective To observe the effect of montelukast for patients with bronchiolitis complicated by acute heart failure. Methods Eighty-seven children with the disease were divided into control group （41 cases） and experimental group （46 cases）. Children in the control group were treated with combined method and those in the experimental group received oral montelukast in addition. The outcome was evaluated and compared. Results The total effeetive rate of the experimental group and control group was 95.7 %and 80.5 %, respectively, the difference was significant （x^2 = 9. 093,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast is an effective supplementary drug for bronchiolitis complicated by acute heart failure, which shortens its course and increases cure rate.
