摘 要:通过偏光透射法研究PET碳酸饮料瓶结晶分布情况,稳态与动态流变法研究PET树脂的流变性能,探讨PET瓶应力开裂的原因.结果表明:瓶身结晶分布不均匀,树脂分子量分布窄、有极高分子量存在、粘性太大易造成应力集中或应力残留,使PET碳酸饮料瓶耐应力开裂能力变差.Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) carbonated soft drinks(CSDs) bottles are easy to have a crack problem.In order to study the causes of crack problem,this article investigated two different kinds of PET resins and their bottles.The polarizing microscope(POM) showed the crystallite distribution of CSD PET bottles were not even,which was easy to cause the stress concentration and would reduce the cracking resistance.Dynamic and steady shear rheological measurements were carried out to examine the rheological properties on parallel plate rheometer.The results showed PET resin with low molecular weight distribution and high viscosity was hard to orient during processing,which caused the stress left easily.PET resin with high molecular weight was hard to melt and the hard melting moleculars may become the nucleation of crystallization in injection.All of these could reduce the cracking resistance of CSD PET bottles.
