摘　　要：目的探讨综合性医院加强传染病防护意识的必要性及对策。方法回顾性调查2006年我院住院、门诊病人例数，计算传染病人例数。结果2006年1月1日～12月31日全院共报告法定传染病4102例，其中乙类传染病13种，共1151例；丙类传染病4种，共2951例，所报传染病人数占全院门诊及住院病人总数的0．96％。结论医学科学的不断发展、新发传染病的不断出现和老传染病病种的死灰复燃要求医院管理人员和医务人员必须努力学习业务，不断更新知识，才能搞好医院传染病的管理与控制工作。Objective To explore the necessity of protection consciousness for infectious disease and corresponding counter- measures in general hospital. Method Investigated the inpatients and outpatients retrospectively in our hospital during 2006 and counted the total cases of infectious disease. Result 4102 notifiable infectious disease cases were reported in whole hospital form Jan 1 to Dec 31 of 2006, in which 1151 cases were type B infectious disease and 2951 cases were type C infectious disease. These infectious disease cases account for 0.96 percent of total patients in our hospital. Conclusion Because of development of medical science, emerging of new infectious diseases and resurgence of old infectious diseases, medical staffs and hospital managers must ceaseless learn and update their knowledge in order to improve the management and control of infectious diseases.
