摘　　要：缺陷血液收回是血站质量管理中的重要一环。为了全面落实《血站质量管理规范》,保证缺陷血液收回,避免血源性医疗事故发生,文章探讨了建立由供血、质管部门和质量评定小组构成的管理机制,按照信息接收、报告、收回决定和收回等程序,迅速有效地收回缺陷血液的管理模式。Defective blood retraction is a key link in quality management of blood station. To implement Blood Station Quality Management Practice comprehensively, ensure to retract defective blood and avoid blood - derived medical malpractice. The paper considered that to establish a management mechanism which is constituted by blood provision, quality management and quality evaluation groups, according to the process of receiving information, report, decision and retraction, defective blood is retracted rapidly and effectively.
