摘　　要：文章从人员培训、关键物料、采血、成分制备、检验、储血送血、医疗废物的处理、职业暴露的预防与控制等方面阐述了如何加强血站内部感染的管理与控制,有效保障了献血者、工作人员及血液的安全。From the aspets of the personnel training, , collecting boold, blood component separation, checking blood specímens, storing blood and transporting blood, dealing with medical waste, prevention and control of vocational expositions and so on, the article expounds how to strengthen the managemmt and the control of infection in the blood station in order to ensure the donor, staff and blood safety.
