摘　　要：目的探讨肺非结核分支杆菌病CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析70例确诊的肺非结核分支杆菌病CT表现。结果CT表现结节63例,斑片、片样实变68例,空洞56例,薄壁空洞48例,支气管扩张62例,树芽征25例,磨玻璃影6例,线状及纤维条索影22例。结论肺非结核分支杆菌病CT表现与结核类似,需结合其它表现进行诊断。Objective To investigate CT features of pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria, Materials and Methods CT findings in 70 patients with confirmed pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria were reviewed retrospectively. Results CT showed nodules in the lungs in 63 cases, consolidation in 68 cases, cavity in 56 cases, bronchiectasis in 62 cases, ＂tree-in-bud＂ sign in 25 patients,ground-glass opacity in 6 cases, and linear opacity in 22 cases. Conclusion CT manifestations of pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria might be similar to pulmonary tuberculosis. Combination of CT findings and other findings could contribute to the differential diagnosis.
