摘  要:目的比较双能量减影(DES)与常规数字X线成像(CDR)对腹部碘剂造影模型的检测能力。资料与方法制造腹部碘剂造影模型,分别拍摄DES和CDR,比较其密度分辨率。结果DES检测出泛影葡胺的浓度可达0.593%,而CDR仅为4.75%。结论DES对碘剂浓度的检测能力明显优于CDR。Objective To compare the ability of dual energy subtraction (DES) and conventional digital radiography (CDR) in the detection of the iodine contrast model in the abdomen. Materials and Methods The density resolution of DES and CDR in the detection of the iodine contrast model in the abdomen was compared. Results The minimal concentration detected by DES and CDR was 0.593% and 4.75% individually. Conclusion DES might be superior to CDR in the detection of the iodine contrast model in the abdomen.
