摘  要:广西杨梅资源十分丰富。为了准确了解和掌握广西野生杨梅资源类型,利用ISSR技术对广西野生杨梅资源的分类和遗传多样性进行了探讨。从116条ISSR引物中筛选出12条引物,对40份杨梅样品进行ISSR-PCR分析。结果显示,共扩增出154条DNA条带,其中多态性条带113条,占73.38%,表明广西杨梅资源遗传多样性非常丰富。用NTYS-PC2.1软件进行UPGMA聚类分析,可将供试杨梅样品分为4大类:它们分别代表杨梅、大叶青杨梅、毛杨梅、青杨梅,其中大叶青杨梅的形态分类和ISSR分子分类存在很大的差异。There are ample wild Myrica resources in Guangxi. In order to master accurately species or types of wild Myrica resources in Guangxi, classification and genetic diversity of wild Myrica resources from Guangxi were studied by ISSR-PCR in this paper. 116 ISSR primers were screened, 12 of them were used to study 40 Myrica samples by ISSR-PCR. The PCR by these 12 ISSR primers yielded a total 154 bands and 113 scorable polymorphic markers, the number of polymorphic bands accounted for 73.38 % of total bands. It showed that there was ample genetic diversity of Myrica resources in Guangxi. The result clustered by UPGMA method with NTYS-PC2.1 software indicated that 40 Myrica samples could be clustered into 4 groups, which represented Myrica rubra Bieb. et Zucc., M. adenophora Hance f. major Wu, M. esculenta Buch.-Ham., and M.edenophora Hance, repectively. There was big difference about classification status of M. adenophora Hance f. major Wu. between morphological taxonomy and molecular classification.
