摘 要:采用金相观察、X射线衍射和电子显微分析技术研究了均匀化处理对7B50高强铝合金的组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,二级均匀化较一级均匀化使试验合金残留的非平衡共晶数量减少,成分分布更均匀,残留的非平衡共晶相主要是含铁的难溶共晶化合物;基体中二级均匀化较一级均匀化析出的第二相Al3Zr粒子有所长大,但分布均匀、弥散,经二级均匀化处理的合金的强度有所提高。Effects of homogenization treatment on microstructure and properties of 7B50 aluminum alloy have been investigated by optical microscope(OM),XRD(X-ray diffraction) and SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results indicate that the content of residual un-equilibrium eutectic phase with more uniform distribution which is mainly composed of immiscible Fe-eutectic phase in the alloy homogenized by two-step homogenization treatment is much less than that homogenized by one-step homogenization treatment. Compared with that precipitated from the alloy homogenized by one-step homogenization treatment,the secondary phase Al3Zr particle precipitated from the alloy homogenized by two-step homogenization treatment exhibits more dispersive and uniform distribution with slight coarse,which is helpful to the improvement of strength of the alloy.
