摘　　要：对于余弦变换DCT，人们已经做了大量的工作，并取得了很好的结果。为了避开复杂的数学方法，本文用查表的方法完成交换。文中对查表方法的可能性、表的规模、查表的方法进行了讨论。结论是这种方法完全可行，实现它仅需要一些编程技巧。本文的方法可用于硬件设计参考。Presents a new method to solve DCT for avoiding some complicated algorithms. A new approach is made to keep away from complex mathematic operation. It is proved that it is possible to solve DCT by means of looking over specially preparsed tables. The method of solving DCT through looking over these tables is also discussed herewith. The conclusion is that it is practicable for solving DCT by use of these tables.
