摘  要:研究了碳纳米管修饰电极(CNT/GE)对3种氨基苯酚异构体的识别及电催化作用。在裸石墨电极上三者的峰电位分别为:V邻^裸=0.083V、V对^裸=0.032V、V间^裸=-0.167V,在CNT/GE上三者的峰电位分别为:V邻^NT=0.084V、V对^CNT=-0.028V、V间^CNT=-0.180V。实验表明,电极经CNT修饰后,3种异构体得到了有效分离,对氨基苯酚的峰电流显著提高该峰饰电极成功用于对氨基苯酚的选择性测定,线性范围为0.4~50μmoL/L,检出限为0.2μmol/L.The recognition and electrocatalytic activities of three aminophenol isomers(p-aminophenol (PAP), o-aminophenol (OAP) and m-aminophenol (MAP) ) at the carbon-nanotubes modified graphite electrode(CNT/GT) were studied. It was found that the oxidation peak potentials(V) of OAP, PAP and MAP at the bare graphite electrode were 0. 083, 0. 032 and -0. 167 V, respectively, while those at the CNT/GE were 0. 084, -0. 028 and -0. 180 V, respectively. Experimental resuits showed that the oxidation peaks of the three isomers could he separated completely and that the current increased significantly for PAP at the CNT/GE. Thus PAP could be selectively determined successfully at the CNT/GE . The linear range of the calibration curve for PAP was 0.4 - 50 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.2 μmol/L.
