摘 要:采用正交试验法对锌-铁合金镀层三价铬黑色钝化工艺进行优化,并研究了工艺参数对钝化膜外观和耐蚀性等影响。根据实验结果优选锌-铁合金镀层三价铬黑色钝化工艺。该工艺含有氯化铬、硝酸、硼砂、镍盐和磷酸根,采用有机羧酸作配位剂。该工艺能获得外观均匀黑亮、附着力良好的膜层,中性盐雾试验出白锈时间大于96 h。The bath compositions of trivalent chrome black passivation for zinc-iron alloy coating were optimized by orthogonal test method. The effects of operation conditions on the appearance and the corrosion resistance of the passivation film were also investigated. An optimal passivation technology of trivalent chrome black passivation was confirmed based on the above experiments. This passivation bath contains chromium (Ⅲ) ions, nitrate ions, nickel (Ⅱ) ions, phosphate and organic acid which is used as complexing agent. The passivation film obtained from the optimal technology has a bright and uniform black surface, good adhesion to the electroplated zinc-iron alloy coating, and no white rust generated on the passivated zinc-iron alloy coating after exposure in neutral salt spray for 96 h.
