摘 要:采用溶剂萃取法对废钼催化剂中的钨钼分离进行了研究,考察了影响钼浸出率的各种因素,并对影响钨钼分离萃取过程的因素进行了初步分析。结果表明,当焙烧温度在600℃,焙烧时间3 h,浸取温度为90℃,液固比为3∶1时,钼的浸出效果最好,萃取率可达98%以上。在一定条件下,钨的单级萃取率可达98%以上,萃余液中W/Mo<0.01%,钼的损失率小于0.5%,分离程度可满足后续工业生产的要求,且萃取剂的重复利用效果较好。The solvent extractive separation of tungsten and molybdenum from spent catalysts has been studied. The effect of many factors on the extraction ration of molybdenum has been investigated. Factors that influence the separation of molybdenum and tungsten on solvent extraction were disscussed. Results show that under the following conditions: 600℃ of roasting temperature, 2 h of roasting time, 1 : 3 of solid/liquid by mass, 90℃ of extraction temperature, the extraction rate of molybdenum can reach more than 98% under certain condition, the extraction rate of tungsten can yeach more than 98% and the ratio of tungsten to molybdenum in faffinate is not more than 0. 01%. The degree of separation may meet the demand of next processing production and the lossing of molybdenum is not more than 0. 5%.
