摘  要:目的研究酸性戊二醛消毒机械通气患者呼出气体的消毒效果。方法采用酸性戊二醛对47例接受机械通气治疗患者的呼出气体进行消毒,比较呼出气体消毒前、后菌落数的差异。结果各病种患者呼出气体消毒前、后的菌落数均具有显著差异性(P<0.05),杀菌率均在95%以上。结论酸性戊二醛对机械通气患者呼出气体的消毒效果良好。该消毒方法快速、经济、安全、方便,能有效防止呼出气体污染空气,降低医院感染的发生率。Objective To study the disinfectant effect of acidic glutaraldehyde for exhaled gas of patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Method Gas exhaled from 47 patients was disinfected by acidic glutaraldehyde and the difference of the colony number between patients exhaled gases before disinfection and ventilator exhaust gases after disinfection was compared. Result There is significant difference between the colony number of patients exhaled gases before disinfection and ventilator exhaust gases after disinfection in all kinds of disease (P〈0.01). Bactericidal rates are all over 95G. Conclusion The disinfection effect of acidic glutaraldehyde is good for gas exhaled from patients receiving mechanical ventilation therapy. The disinfection method is fast, economic, security, convenient, which can effectively prevent the air pollution by the exhaled gas, reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.
