摘 要:研究人体颈部在挥鞭样损伤中的生物力学特性及损伤机制,建立一个基于人体解剖学结构的颈部三维有限元模型。该模型是通过人体颈部的螺旋CT扫描图像,利用三维重建和网格划分技术,得到六面体有限元模型,并对模型进行后碰撞验证分析。得出颈椎在挥鞭运动过程中的变化规律,以及C7-T1的最大过伸角度20°和椎间盘所受最大应力值16MPa。该模型的建立,可作为今后颈椎生物力学损伤研究以及其他相关领域研究的理论研究依据。A detailed three-dimensional neck finite element (FE) model was developed based on the human anatomy structure for the whiplash study and analysis of injury mechanism. The model was developed from CT scan images by the technologies of three-dimensional reconstruction, image processing and meshing. The model was validated in rear- end collision. The highest extension angle (about 20°) of the C7-T1 segment and the ultimate stress at C7-T1 disc (about 16 MPa) was obtained, and the movement rule was analized as well. The model was expected to provide a theoretical explanation for the further study of the biomechanics of the human neck and the other relative fields.
