摘 要:为获得羟基磷灰石(HA)/外消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)复合材料体内引导成骨的实验依据,采用HA/PDLLA复合材料和纯PDLLA材料对照组进行骨内植入实验,通过X线和组织学观察,从组织学角度研究了HA/PDLLA复合材料在体内引导成骨的过程和实际愈合效果,并探讨了成骨机制。体内植入实验的组织学观察结果表明HA/PDLLA复合材料具有良好的生物相容性、适度的生物降解性能、一定的生物学活性和骨传导性能。HA/PDLLA复合材料植入机体后,体内的无菌性炎症轻微,新骨形成速率高于纯PDLLA材料。HA微粒的存在可提高复合材料的机械性能,避免材料过早丧失力学强度。For the establishment of experimental foundation for osteogenesis induction in vivo of HA(Hydroxyapatite)/ PDLLA( DL-Poly lactic acids) composite, the HA/PDLLA composite and pure PDLLA control were implanted in bones for test. The in vivo induction process of osteogenesis and practical cicatrization effect of HA/PDLLA composite material were investigated by histological methods, and the osteogenesis mechanism was probed. The histological investigation results showed that the HA/PDLEA had good biocompatibility, proper biodegradation property, certain bioactivity and bone conduction. After in vivo implantation of the composite, aseptic inflammation was slight, formation rate of new bone for the composite was higher than that of pure PDLLA. The HA particles in the composite are destined to improve the mechanical property of the material and prevent the composite from premature losing of mechanical strength.
