摘  要:以泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、稻壳、阔叶树木片按不同体积比配制成18种基质配方,以园土为对照,通过研究其对浙江楠1年生实生苗生长及生理特性的影响筛选浙江楠容器育苗最佳基质配方。结果表明:以泥炭50%+蛭石30%+阔叶树木片20%为配方的基质培育的浙江楠幼苗株高、地径、径根比、地上部干鲜重、根部干鲜重以及根系活力、叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量等生理特性均优于对照,同时该基质具有较好的持水性和保水性,可有效降低水分管理成本;且较小的容重能节约运输成本,可以推广。18 types of substrate formulation were prepared by mix peat, perlite, vermiculite, husks and hardwood chips in different volume ratio. With garden soil as control, the effects of them on the growth and physiological characteristics of Phoebe chekiangensis seedlings and the physics and chemistry nature of them were analyzed. Base on the analysis data, the best substrate formulation for vessels seedling of P. chekiangensis was screened. Our results showed that the plant height, trunk diameter, ratio of trunk diameter/root length, shoot fresh weight and dry weight, root fresh weight and dry weight, and the root activity, soluble sugar, soluble protein and chlorophyll content all were higher than those of control when seedlings were nurtured in the substrate formulation of the peat 50% + vermiculite 30% + hardwood chips 20%. Further more, this formulation shown the better water holding capacity and retentionthus the water management costs w were decreased, meanwhile lighter density could also cut short transport costs. So, this formulation could be promoted to prepare substrate for container nursery of P. chekiangensis.
