摘　　要：针对野生山桐子种子自然发芽率低,枝条扦插繁殖成活率不高的现状,对其进行根插试验的结果表明：不同苗龄、不同粗度、不同长度的插穗及插穗的不同处理方式对野生山桐子根插后的生根率、成活率等均有着不同程度地影响。以选用2-5年生苗木的根系,根粗为0.5-3.0 cm的根段,剪截成长7-13 cm的插穗,在IBA 100 mg/L中浸泡4 h为宜。An experiment on Idesia palycarpa Maxim root cutting reproduction was carried out to overcome its low natural seed generation and low survival rate of twig cutting reproduction. The results showed that there was an significant influence on the rate of the rooting survival of Idesia palycarpa Maxim by the seeding age, diameter and length of the cutting and the treatments of the cuttings, respectively. It was found that the seedlings of 2 -5 yeas with roots of 0. 5 -3.0 in diameter, 7 13 cm in length, treatment by immersed in IBA of 100 mg/L for4 h was the best way for the root cutting reproduction of Idesia palycarpa.
