摘　　要：通过对信息系统的定义、可能采用的物理结构、一般的构建方法、代理的概念定义和代理的逻辑模型进行一般性阐述,加上对网上报名信息系统在应用中的需要,提出通讯代理的概念和可行的使用端口通讯代理构建网上报名信息系统的方案。With the explanation of the definition of the information system, its possible physical structure, normal building methods, the concept of agent and its model, the concept of communication agent and the system of an executable method of build management information with port - communication agent were put forward in the need of the application of registers on the net the information system.
