宁波与上海两地港口经济互动初探

摘　　要："港口经济"已成为宁波与上海两地互动发展中的一个关键词。在竞争与合作并存的情况下,两地港口经济的互动有其特定的背景与内涵,并朝着良性互动的方向发展。为此,两地应促进港口管理部门的合作,加强协调发展,这是加强港口经济互动的需要;加快整合资源,促进合理分工,加强港口综合优势是港口经济互动的方向;优化港口布局,拓展港口服务功能是港口经济互动的要求;形成大物流体系和加快区港联动的进程是港口经济持续互动的有力保证。Port Economy has become a pet phrase in the inter-city economic interactions between Ningbo and Shanghai.With the coexistence of competition and cooperationt,he interaction of port economy between Ningbo and Shanghai has its background and connotation,and has been evidenced by the fact that it has been progressing positively.To continue this tendency,the two cities should promote the cooperation in port administration so as to create synergy for the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center.To give full play to their aggregate advantages,the two cities need to accelerate the integration of their port resources,promote the reasonable division of labor,and fortify their synthetic port advantagest;hey also need to optimize the overall layout of the ports and incessantly expand their port servicesf;inally they should construct a grand logistics system and further improve the linkage system between the port and the local economy to ensure the benign economic circulation and sustainable economic development.
