摘　　要：2008年2月22日,美国玩具产业协会(Toy Industry Association)与美国国家标准协会共同宣布了一项新的玩具测试和安全认证系统计划(Toy Safety Coordination Initiative Draft Program Recommendations),并征求公众的评论意见。On March 21, 2008, Chinese toy industry has submitted the Chinese industry commentary opinions to the American Toy Industry Association about this plan. Chinesethinks that the American Toy Industry Association propose the toy test and arrangement authentication system plan （draft） is mainly for the purpose of improving toy product quality and security guaranteeing the consumer legitimate rights and interests, Chinese expresses the understandings.
