摘　　要：讨论了实时输协议RTP/RTCP的特点,并使用开放源代码的RTP库JRTPLIB进行RTP实时流媒体编程;设计和实现了一套基于PC机的会议电话系统。该系统在局域网内运行,实现了会议电话实时语音数据传输。This article diccusses the Real - time Transport Protocol RTP/RTCP, and introduces the use of open -source library JRTPLIB. Real - time streaming media programming based on JRTPLIB has been realized. This paper gives the design and implementation of a PC- based conferencing system. Within the LAIN, real - time voice and data transmission are implemented successfuly.
