摘　　要：GSM网络来话接通率历来是电信管理部门和运营商关注的一个重要指标,本文总结了以往GSM网络优化的经验,并根据实际网络情况结合理论分析,从一实际网络的测试结果出发探讨了在GSM网中,交换机MSC参数及性能影响网络来话接通率的机理,并提出了相应的优化思路。Incoming call connection rate is an important factor concerned by telecommunication management and operation. This article combined the GSM network optimization experiences, based on practical network and theory analysis, from one live network testing data to discuss the relationship of the MSC equipment parameter setting and performance with incoming call connection rate, and proposed some suggestions to the GSM NSS optimization.
