摘　　要：目前随着电信行业增值业务的逐渐开展,业务类型和业务特性也随着市场的变化而不断变化。因此针对特定业务的实现,都需要重新开发一套全新的代码,使得业务间共用性很差。本文设计一套可以在综合智能业务平台下供所有增值业务开发中针对业务逻辑结构的一套框架,可以极大的缩短新业务的开发周期。With the current telecommunication industry value - added business progresses, the service type and characteristic also unceasingly changes. Therefore aims at the specific service realization, the development of each new businessau needs to re-develop a new code, so the share between the business is very poor. Under synthetical intelligence business platform, the paper designs a set of framework for the development of valueadded services of all the logical structure that can significantly shorten the development cycle of the new busi- mess.
