女大学生就业现状及对策分析

摘　　要：女大学生就业难的现状已经成为一个社会性的问题,造成这种局面的因素包括社会原因、家庭原因、高校原因及女生自身的原因。而要解决这一问题,必须加强法律支持与保障,加快高等教育改革,高校必须开展有针对性的就业指导,增强女生自身竞争力,并支持女生自主创业。The present situation that female university students are difficult to get employed has become a social problem. Factors that lead to this situation include problems in social, family, college and students themselves. To solve this problem, we must enhance support and protection from law, and expedite college education reform. Colleges must perform related guidance, increase competition ability of female students, and support them to start their own business.
