摘  要:以结晶紫内酯为电子给予体、双酚A为电子接受体、脂肪醇为溶剂制备可逆热致变色印花材料,研究影响热变色性能的因素。结果表明,用高级脂肪醇比用脂肪酸和脂肪酯作溶剂,变色材料显示出更高的变色灵敏性;反应温度、时间及溶剂用量在一定范围内对产物颜色都有影响,而双酚A的用量对产物的颜色深浅影响最大,随着投入的双酚A量的增多,产物的颜色逐渐加深。Organic thermochromic material was prepared with crystal violet lactone (CVL) as electron-donating compound, biphenyl as the electron-accepting compound and higher aliphatic alcohol as solvent. Factors influencing the color and sensitivity of color changing were studied. It showed that in turns of color changing sensitivity of the thermochromic material, higher aliphatic alcohol was a better solvent than fatty acid and aliphatic alcohol; The reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of the solvent all had influence on the color of the product of within certain range. And the amount of biphenyl A had the strongest effect. The more the biphenyl A was used, the darker the products became.
