埃及经济发展战略及发展模式的历史考量

摘　　要：从经济发展战略演变的角度考察,20世纪五六十年代,埃及形成了在"阿拉伯社会主义"原则指导下以"国有化"为基础和特色的经济发展模式;七八十年代,逐渐调整为扩大私有化、缩小公有化为特征的"混合型"经济发展模式;90年代以来,面对全球化的挑战,埃及经济发展模式开始全面向私有化、市场化和自由化转型。埃及经济发展模式的演变与埃及经济发展战略形成互动,具有鲜明的时代特征,埃及经济发展模式的形成和转型受到美国,以及世界银行、国际货币基金组织等外部因素的影响,同时与埃及政治体制的变革密切相关。Reviewing the evolvement of Egyptian economic development strategy, under the principle of the Arabian Socialism, the economic development model emerged in Egypt between 1950s and 1960s based on and characteristic of the 'nationalization' . In 1970and1980s, the model was steadily adjusted to be the 'mixed' characteristic of expanding privatization and reducing nationalization; Since 1990s, when being confronted with economic globalization, the Egyptian model began to transit towards that of privatization, market and liberalization. Egyptian economic model had interacted well with the development strategy in defferent historical phases of Egypt. The formation and transition of Egyptian economic model had been influenced by the external factors as of the United States, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund while connected with the political system reforms in Egypt.
