摘　　要：苏东剧变后,以中国为代表的社会主义国家坚持探索符合本国国情的社会主义发展道路,南美洲国家寻求以社会主义替代资本主义,从而形成世界社会主义的两大亮点。建设社会主义和谐社会的理论与查韦斯的"21世纪新社会主义"理论是其中最活跃且影响最广泛的理论创造与社会实践活动。本文通过对两者之间关系的论述,进一步探讨在经济与文化落后国家建设社会主义模式的多样化及其共同特征,进而提出和谐社会主义是各种模式社会主义的共同目标与更高阶段。After the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and Soviet, the socialists in the world keep exploring the path of socialist development. China＇s Socialist Harmonious Society and the Hugo Chavez＇s ＂New Socialism of the 21st Century＂ are most famous and influential. This paper discusses a new Socialist Model based on the ＂Three Represents＂ and the Socialist Harmonious Society theories named ＂Harmonious Socialism＂, and the Socialist diversification in the developing countries is also examined. World history will be in the Harmonious Socialist coincidence.
