陕西农村信息化基础设施建设现状与对策

摘　　要：农村信息化基础设施建设是国家信息化建设的重中之重,又是新农村建设的基础。我们从农村信息化基础设施建设的软件以及硬件两方面论述了陕西农村信息化基础设施的建设现状,全面分析了陕西农村信息化建设中存在的问题。从发展可持续的硬件设施、完善的专业性软件设施以及创新的建设模式等方面提出了建设农村信息化基础设施的意见,并且对于推动陕西农村信息化基础设施建设提出了建议。Rural construction of infrastructural facilities of information technology（IT） is the most important part of the national IT construction and the foundation of the constraction of the new countryside. This paper disser-tates Shaanxi Rural IT infrastructural construction status in quo on both sides of rural IT infrastructure from software and hardware, giving a comprehensive analysis of the problems that exists in the construction of IT in Shaanxi rural area. From developing the sustainable development of the hardware facilities, improving the professionalism software facilities, as well as innovative building model, it also brings forward the specific measures to construct rural infrastructural facilities of IT, and gives some measures to promote the construction of infras- tructual facilities of IT in the cauntryside of Shaanxi province.
