摘 要:电站锅炉受热面积灰和结渣影响了热传递效率,产生了能量损失,使得能量品质下降。从不可逆热力学角度出发建立了传热熵产模型,并针对某电站锅炉采集的实时数据利用,计算了各受热面在吹灰前后的传热熵产,得出了吹灰对各受热面传热熵产的影响曲线,总结出了该电站锅炉吹灰模式的利弊,给出了关于吹灰模式优化的相关见解。The slagging and fouling on heat transfer surfaces of power plant boiler reduces the efficiency of heat transfer and causes energy loss, which decreases energy quality. Based on irreversible thermodynamics, the heat transfer entropy production of heat surfaces were calculated in use of the entropy production model which has been established, and the curves of heat transfer entropy production due to sootblowing were achieved. At last, the characteristic of sootblowing strategy of power plant unit was generalized and some improved methods for it were proposed.
