摘　　要：本文概述了《纤维光学隔离器总规范》（ＩＥＣ１２０２－１）、《单模纤维光学器件回波损耗偏振依赖性测量方法》（ＩＥＣ６１３００－３－１９）等我国ＩＥＣ国际标准提案制定背景、进展概况和技术水平，对提案获得成功的诸多因素作了初步探讨。This paper outlines the background, progress situation and technical level of drafted standards “Generic Specification for Fibre Optic Isolators” (IEC 1202 1), “Polarization Dependence of Return Loss of a Singlemode Fiber Optic Component” (IEC 61300 3 19) etc. which are based on the proposals of China. The article seeks initiatively the positive factors which make the proposals successful.
