摘 要:本文介绍了一种具有不切光单光束结构的新型红外二氧化碳传感器。该传感器基于朗伯-比尔吸收定律,采用光源稳流、附加误差补偿与单片机数据处理及选用高性能红外探测器等技术,能够对二氧化碳气体进行准确有效的探测和分析。该传感器体积小、重量轻、功耗低、响应速度快、抗振动性好,具有广阔的应用前景。A novel IR carbon dioxide sensor with a single non cut beam structure is presented in the paper.Based on Lambert Beer law and using a high quality IR detector,the sensor can detect carbon dioxide with high accuracy and efficiency.The detection of carbon dioxide also involves some key techniques such as current stabilization for the IR source,additional error compensation and data processing with single chip computer.The sensor is possessed of the advantages of small size,lightweight,low power consumption,high response speed and good vibration resistance.It can be applied to many fields.
