摘 要:提出了一种新的掺钛蓝宝石晶体FOM值测量方案。介绍了其工作原理及测量方法。由于在测量系统中运用了双光路、光以布儒斯特角入射晶体表面等多种方法,大大提高了测量精度,并且该系统还具有结构简单、易于操作等优点,对于长度为20~30mm的钛宝石晶体,透过率测量精度约为±0.005。测定FOM值的范围为100~150,测量结果的重复性好。A new measuring method for the figure of merit of a Ti doped sapphire crystal is proposed in the paper.Its operating principle and measuring method are presented.The measuring accuracy has been greatly improved since many kind of methods such as double light path and light incoming the crystal surface with Brewster angle have been used in the measuring system.The measuring system has the advantages of simple constitution and easy operation.The transmittance measuring accuracy for Ti doped sapphire crystal with length of 20~30mm is about ±0.005.The measuring range for figure of merit is 100~150 and the measuring results have a good repeatability.
