摘　　要：大学生的创业态度影响其创业倾向的形成,通过对江苏某高校学生创业主观态度与创业倾向的关系进行调查研究,运用统计学多因素的分析方法,发现大学生对创业的主观态度中对创业倾向最具影响力的因素为独立欲和贡献社会的动机。因此,帮助大学生树立远大人生目标,培养独立自主精神,增强社会责任意识十分重要。This research selects the students from some colleges in Jiangsu Province as an object and analyzes the relationship between the subjective attitude and entrepreneurial propensity of college students. We make use of the Multiple-factor analysis to get the conclusion that the most influential factor of college students＇ subjective attitude towards entrepreneurial propensity is independent desire and the motivation of contributing to society. The corresponding countermeasure is given as well,
