摘　　要：论述了有关资源预留对比走入（walk－in）业务、开环控制对比反馈控制、基于速率控制对比基于窗口控制以及基于路由器控制对比基于住源控制等几个关于高速网中拥塞控制和拥塞避免方法的争论双方的论点。最后指出仅采用一种拥塞控制策略是不够的，只有将几种方法相结合才能在网络中进行较完善的拥塞管理。In this paper,the debate on several proposed ideas about congestion controland avoidance in high-speed networks concerning prior-reservation of resources versus walk-in service,open-loop control versus feedback control, rate-based control versus window-basedcontrol and router-based control versus source-based conrtol is presented. It is pointed out thata single congestion scheme is not sufficient,and a combination of several schemes is required forcompleting congestion management in a network.
