摘 要:我国多采用加压泵站分级加压供水。加压泵站的运行调节方式主要有:水泵全速节流供水、水泵变频调速恒压变流供水、水泵变频调速变压变流供水和水泵直连变频调速变压变流供水等。阐明了这些运行调节方法的原理,并进行了能耗分析。分析表明:水泵全速节流供水简单、实用,但能耗最大;水泵变频调速恒压变流供水是目前应用最广泛的节能供水方式,其能耗较低,但仍存在额外的水力损耗;水泵变频调速变压变流供水能真正实现无额外水力损失,节能效果好;水泵直连变频调速变压变流供水能充分利用自来水管网水压,节能最显著,能减少自来水的二次污染。The secondary boosting pumping stations are widely applied in China. There are several methods of operation adjustment. for their pumping stations, including the throttling adjustment of pumps at full speed, the constant-pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps, the variable-pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps, and the direct connected, variable-pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps, etc. This paper is an attempt to expatiate their principles, analyze their hydraulic consumptions, pumps' operation efficiency, advantages and disadvantages. The throttling adjustment of pumps at full speed is simple and practical, but energy consumption is huge. The constant-pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps is widely used to save energy, but the method has the disadvantage of additional hydraulic loss. The variable pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps has no additional hydraulic loss and its energy-saving effect is notable. The direct connected, variable-pressure and variable-flow adjustment of inverter-drive pumps takes advantage of the pressure of first pipe network. The adjusting method can remarkably save energy and reduce the second pollution of water supply.
