摘　　要：目的:介绍一种用反相高效液相色谱法测定对乙酰氨基酚的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定对乙酰氨基酚含量。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20:80:0.5),流速为1.0ml.min^(-1);检测波长为249nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚线性范围0.02156～0.2156mg,平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为0.7%(n=6);结论:方法简便快捷,结果准确。Objective： To determine the content of Paracetamol by RP- HPLC in Ganteling capsules.Methods： The determination was carried out with Kromasil C- 18 column.The mobile phase consisted of CH3CH- HO2 - CH3COOH（20： 80： 0.5） .The flow rate was 1 .0ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 249nm.Results： The content of Ganteling capaules can be determined by RP- HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compourd were 0.0216- 0.216mg and The average recovery was 99.1% ,with RSD=0.7%（n=6） Conclution：The method is simple , accurate and can be use to control the quality of Ganteling capsules
