摘　　要：本文总结了10个省份调研发现的农业生产中出现的新情况,认为存在的问题对当前农业生产有明显影响,并针对性地提出了政策建议。This paper summarizes the new situation for the agricultural production found at the investigation in 10 provinces,takes for that the problems exist significantly impact on the current agricultural production,and put forward specific policy proposals.
