摘  要:采用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(硅烷WD-70)改性高岭土和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共同共混改性尼龙6(PA6),以聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-g-MAH)作增容剂,探讨高岭土和LDPE对尼龙6增强增韧的协同作用。结果表明较优配方为PA6/LDPE/高岭土/接枝物=100份/7份/15份/7份,复合材料弯曲强度提高21.1%,缺口冲击强度提高6.7%,吸水率降低32.5%,材料成本降低16%,抗拉强度和硬度略有降低。The synergisms of kaolin modified by γ-(methacryloyl)-propyl silane blended with LDPE to reinforced nylon6 by using maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) as a compatibilizer were discussed. The results showed the better formula was PA6/LDPE/Kaolin/PE- g-MAH = 100/7/15/7, responding to the bending strength of the composite materials increased by 21.1%, notched impact strength increased by 6.7%, water absorption decreased by 32.5%,the costs of material reduced by 16%,while tensile strength and hardness decreased a little.
